This Scranton home featured an old, deteriorating porch that had become unsafe and outdated. The structure showed significant wear from years of exposure — sagging beams, loose railings, and water-damaged flooring that no longer provided the support or visual appeal the homeowners wanted. It was time for a fresh start and a complete rebuild.
Our team began by carefully demolishing the existing porch, removing all damaged materials while protecting the home’s foundation and surrounding landscaping. Once the site was fully cleared, we reinforced the base and laid the groundwork for a brand-new design — stronger, more functional, and built to today’s construction standards.
Using high-quality, weather-resistant materials, we constructed a new porch that perfectly complements the home’s architecture. The updated layout improves both accessibility and appearance, offering a sturdy and stylish entryway that enhances curb appeal and overall value.

The homeowners wanted a complete replacement — something modern, safe, and complementary to the home’s natural surroundings.
Our team began by carefully dismantling the old deck and inspecting the foundation to ensure the new structure would stand solid for years to come. We rebuilt the frame with premium, weather-resistant materials, improved drainage for longevity, and designed a fresh layout that enhanced both space and function.
The outdated layout was replaced with an amazing custom winding staircase design that not only adds a bold architectural statement but also improves access and flow between the home and yard.
As progress continued, the transformation became clear — from unstable to beautifully balanced, from outdated to outstanding.

Gardens of Eden recently completed a full cedar siding restoration and color match on a stunning lakefront property in Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania. The home featured older cedar siding with an outdated finish, while the detached garage had been newly built the previous year, showing only minor weathering from construction. The homeowners wanted both structures to share the same rich, natural tone for a cohesive and refreshed look.
Our team began by stripping the existing stain from the home to bring the cedar back to its natural state, removing years of wear and discoloration. Once prepped, we custom-blended stain shades to perfectly match the tone of the newer garage — balancing color, warmth, and depth across both structures. The garage was carefully cleaned and re-stained to ensure complete consistency in finish and texture.
The result is a seamlessly unified property that highlights the beauty of natural cedar while enhancing curb appeal and long-term protection. The transformation brought the home and garage into perfect harmony — both now featuring a timeless, modern look that complements their beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack setting.

From careful cleaning and surface preparation to the expert application of Teak 0085 stain, every step was executed with precision and care. The result? Just 45 days ago, we were contacted to bring a new deli to life in Pittston, PA — and today, we’re proud to announce that the project has passed all inspections, including the specialized balloon test for the fire suppression system in the cooking area.

Exterior Home Renovation – A Stunning Transformation

We recently completed a full exterior remodel for one of our valued customers — including updates to the roof, fencing, and guardrails. The results? Beautiful new aesthetics and a major boost in curb appeal.

New Home Build – Step-by-Step Progress

Structural Framing:
The crew began by preparing the site and installing a sturdy foundation. Engineered floor trusses and floor plates were laid out and fastened, creating a solid base for the structure.
Wall Framing:
Next, exterior and interior walls were framed with dimensional lumber. Openings for doors and windows were carefully set, and the first-floor walls were raised and secured.
Roof & Structural Support:
Once walls were in place, roof trusses and support beams were installed, followed by roof sheathing to form the home’s main structure and covered porch.
Weather Barrier:
A full house-wrap was applied to protect the framing from the elements and prepare for siding. This wrap provides a moisture barrier while still allowing the building to “breathe.”
Utility Rough-Ins:
During framing, electrical lines and other utilities were run through wall cavities, ensuring everything is ready for the next phases of insulation, drywall, and finish work.
